if he was just arrested then he wont be able to do work release until after sentencing if the judge allows it. when someone was just arrested for a crime they wont be able to do work release or anything besides sit there and wait for thier court date or get bailed out

dont kno if he will b able to work for u because ur family.if its his first crime he might b eligable to do the parks program after sentenceing.contact the jail alts for questions.
